ROAD OYL™ Resin Modified Emulsion is versatile and multi-purposed in use for pavements,shoulder treatments, dust control, erosion control and other specialized applications. Whetheryou are creating a landing strip, access road, haul road, hardened surface, trail, or have erosioncontrol requirements, ROAD OYL™ provides a reliable, eco-friendly binder. ROAD OYL™ has been used worldwide on various projects for the last 15 years. It is made from all naturalingredients harvested on a sustainable basis.
Initial Application
For dust control on a roadway, we recommend an initial application to get the roadway into amaintenance mode. This would require .15 gallons of ROAD OYL™ concentrate per squareyard. Dilute the concentrate at a 4:1 ratio withwater, and make 2–3 applications over a 2–3day period. No special equipment is neededother than your conventional spray truck. Each application should involve multiple passes overthe roadway to avoid over saturation. Trafficcan run on the road between applications.
Regular Maintenance
After the initial application the ROAD OYL™ can be diluted to 15:1 for regular maintenance.The length of time between applications will be dependent on the amount and type of traffic onthe roadway.
