Scarify or grade road/shoulder area to the depth to be stabilized.

Wheeled and tracked vehicles on dry, unpaved surfaces can seriously endanger the safety of your troops. It’s not only a respiratory irritant, but it can signal activity in areas where secrecy is of the utmost importance. When fugitive dust is present, it filters into engine and turbine compartments, mechanical and electrical components and air filtering systems. Dust clouds can seriously impair the visibility of pilots, increasing the likelihood of hard landings or injury. The dust control product you select must prevent these problems. EK35® is specially formulated for long term dust control on unpaved roads. Its penetration ability provides a dust suppressing mechanism, which acts as a durable, reworkable binder. EK35® works well with all aggregate materials and soil types. It effectively stabilizes deep dust and loose surface materials.
