What is the dilution rate for Soil-Sement®?
The Army Corps of Engineers recommends 3 parts of water to 1 part of Soil-Sement®. However, don't be afraid to use more water if it is plentiful. In particular if you have deep sand (2-inches or greater of fine sand or silt) or if you are constructing a helicopter landing zone. In this case dilution rates of 5:1 to 9:1 will penetrate deeper providing the necessary strength and anchoring of the surface.
