What is the difference between EnviroKleen® and Soil-Sement®?
EnviroKleen® - is a synthetic fluid that is applied topically without a requirement for addition of water. It also tested "best" in all performance categories for helicopter landing zone construction in Army Corps of Engineers and Marine Corps System Command Testing performed in Yuma, Arizona. In addition it does not cure like traditional dust control products that you may be accustomed to seeing. The advantage is that it's long lasting and is not destroyed by mechanical damage to the surface by heavy or tracked vehicles. EnviroKleen® works by ballasting and agglomerating small particles, providing binding and densification of the surface. EnviroKleen® and synthetic fluid technology are new patent pending technologies invented by and available only through Midwest Industrial Supply, Inc.
Soil-Sement® - is a strong polymer emulsion which is diluted with water for application and typically applied topically for dust control. Soil-Sement®'s long chain polymer molecules penetrate the surface forming a strong hard bound surface. Soil-Sement® was also recommended for use in landing zone construction based on the Army Corps of Engineers and Marine Corps System Command Yuma testing. Soil-Sement® was ranked 2nd only to EnviroKleen® in CH-46 Pilot Rankings and CH-53 Dust Collection Data.
